The owner of Smart Hammer LLC, Jorge Rojas, was born and raised in Sucre, Bolivia. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Sucre. Jorge began his career for a large-scale general contractor and quickly rose through the ranks to become Project Manager. He oversaw massive commercial and resident projects throughout the country, which still stand to this day.

Jorge came to the United Stated in 1990 with his wife and first-born child. Here he was able to use his vast knowledge of project management and residential construction to become an invaluable member of a contracting company for many years. Jorge developed an diverse skillset of many trades during his time here. He went on to earn several certificates from the University of D.C. and eventually earned his Contractors License in 1999. Leading to the opening of Smart hammer LLC in the year 2000.

Since its start, Smart Hammer LLC has taken on thousands of Residential jobs, big and small. The company specializes in home improvement through kitchen, bathroom, basement, additions, and whole house remodeling. Smart Hammer specializes in any interior and exterior work no matter the size. Because of this, Jorge was able to develop a close relationship with his clients, as Smart Hammer LLC is always the one called whenever there are any residential issues in our client’s homes.
